Well here we are in October already and I am only just getting to do something I have been wanting to do for quite some time: To start a new blog, with new possibilities and other kinds of parameters. At this point I am not sure what it means -- it may just be a way to share pictures of our current life, but it might also be a way to share some other things that come to mind.So I am just going to flow with it and see where it goes. This first entry will be to share a few pictures of our Kootenay time (after our long journey away from Canada). Coming to the Kootenays was the perfect re-entry into our lives in Canada. For the kids it provided some much appreciated familiarity with a place they have been to every summer since they were born. For Skye and I it provided a nice tranquil bridge to our lives back in Victoria, allowing us to do some processing before the inevitable return to all our responsibilities. Being back with John and Bay was great as well, since we could already reminisce about our times in Europe.
